There are also tinted sunscreens (SPF34 PA++) and an SPF 50 PA ++++ (look at the number of ‘+’!!) Super UV Cut Sunscreen (40ml). It’s also fragrance free, which is a good news for those with sensitive skin, as artificial fragrances (usually listed as “parfum”, “fragrance” and etc) tend to cause allergic reactions.Īs for parabens, methylparaben does rank somewhere in the middle of the ingredients list, along with 4 more other parabens at the bottom, so if you are concerned about that, then maybe this is not for you. The main sunscreen ingredient is Zinc Oxide, which is a physical sunscreen, instead of chemical sunscreens like Oxybenzone, which absorbs UV light (and has a high hazard score on EWG). I then looked around for something else to topup my purchase for the promotion, and decided to try the Orbis UV Cut Sunscreen Lucent in SPF 30 PA ++ (50ml) – $19.00. The normal Lychee flavour edition costs $23.90. One pack (14 sachets) of the limited edition Orbis Collagen Jelly White Grape is selling at $24.90. The amount of collagen (from pork gelatin) per 20g sachet is 1000mg!!! That’s really a lot of collagen, compared to the Otsuka Hyaluronic Acid C Jelly Strips (fish collagen 215mg/10g) that I got from Watsons.

Ingredients include collagen, hyaluronic acid (“helps improve moisture holding ability and skin metabolism to prevent skin dryness and improve skin firmness and appearance of fine lines”) and vitamin B6 (deficiency in vitamin B6 can cause “scaly skin on the lips & cracks at the corners of the mouth” – that’s me!). (The usual edition is in Lychee flavour.) I really like the taste of the White Grape juice – it’s tangy yet fruity. This is the limited edition in White Grape flavour. The sales advisor gave me a sample of this Orbis Collagen Jelly to try. For every $35 purchase, you’ll get to bring home a really cute umbrella! I headed straight to the Orbis Singapore counter as they are currently having a promotion. It’s really posh looking and bright inside.
